- Get to know the layout of your workplace (toilets, kitchen, staff restaurant)
- Meet with your manager to review your personal onboarding plans and to schedule required training (site- or business-specific)
- Agree upon objectives and expectations for the year with your manager and record them in the performance management tool
- Learn from your how to use basic office systems:
- Outlook
- Skype
- BayerNet/myServices
- Printer setting
- Intranet, sharepoint
- HR application
- Conduct Online Trainings through E-learning System (For Compliance Training, either online training or training conducted by the line manager), sign and send back the Onboarding trainings list to HR
- Learn from your line manager about Business and HR regulations (working hours, salary payment, annual leave…)
- Obtain information on key resources, including department phone directory, org charts and key contact lists
- Have a medical check-up in Team Prevent/Santé
