Rewards and recognitions to honor employee engagement
Throughout the Bayer organization worldwide, many different appreciation and recognition programs are in place. They vary from country to country, reflecting different customs, opportunities and preferences. But they all serve the same purpose: To recognize the contribution of individuals to our company’s success.
List of benefits:
- 1 week of vacation on top of legal requirement - Every employee is entitled to 6 weeks of vacation in total per calendar year.
- 12 “Sick-days” yearly - Every employee can use 12 sick-days yearly, maximum 3 days in a row, during the short term sickness of the employee or their family member.
- Company day off - if a zero balance of holiday as of 30.12. and requested the remaining holiday and approved by manager till 17.12 in the HR application.
- 2 “Days for charity“ yearly
- MultiSport card - Card with access (1 entry per day) to sport and leisure centers in network of contractual partners.
- Mobile phone - Usage of mobile phone for private purposes within the limits.
- Pension insurance - Every employee who wants to participate gets monthly contribution from employer in the amount up to 2500 Kč for his/her private pension insurance.
- Flexible working time/ Home office - Beginning and end of the working time is flexible, only fixed working time is set between 10-15 hours.
- Yearly bonus STI and Sales Bonus
- Lunch vouchers - 100Kč
- Medical care - Every employee is entitled to get medical care above the legal framework.
- Life and disability insurance - Every employee can participate in group insurance. The insurance is paid by employer, taxed by employees and insured amount is 24 basic monthly salaries.
- Anniversary premiums: Bayer values loyalty. Gifts and payments such as certificates, vouchers or extra salary honor employees who have served the company for a certain number of years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25).
