Key People Involved in Your Onboarding Process:
Your Manager is responsible for making sure your onboarding process is conducted effectively to ensure you are successfully integrated into your job.
Each Bayer employee is supported by a Human Resources Business Partner. If you are unsure of who your Human Resources Business Partner will be, ask your Manager or Recruiting Partner. Your Human Resources Business Partner is another resource to assist you throughout the onboarding process.
You are also responsible for your success in the onboarding process. Our Onboarding Executive has sent you an email with the link and access to the Employee Onboarding System (EOS), you are requested to complete the pre-joining documentation formalities at the earliest possible.
Please make sure you ask questions, raise concerns and expectations with your Manager and HR Business Partner. If you feel you are not getting the clarification or answers you need, please contact your Onboarding Executive or HR Business Partner.
